Try something new
Do something different! Doing anything that you don't normally do will get the juices flowing in your brain and help inspire you. When you are stuck doing the same things over and over, your brain and intuition just go on autopilot. Your brain doesn't need to get inspirations if you never do anything new.
2. Get out of your comfort zone
Getting out of your comfort zone can really help you to start creating ideas for what to do next. When you are stuck in a comfort zone and aren't doing anything new your brain gets stuck there and can't help you to get inspiration for something new. So just do something new, anything!
It will feel uncomfortable at first but that's how you know you are out of your comfort zone! Just keep going with it! You can never, ever move forward by staying stuck in your comfort zone. Open up that space in your brain again and show yourself that you CAN do it!
3. Look at what you have been hiding from
Often we get stuck because we are trying hard not to face something. But facing the issue will take a lot less energy than using your energy to resist it. Face and deal with whatever it is. That will free you to move forward.
If you are stuck in the past and have unresolved issues, you can't move forward. It's like a rubber band on your legs, every time you think you are moving forward it snaps you right back.
Resolve past issues so you can move on. If you need to forgive someone or forgive yourself, do it! Take the lessons you learned with you but leave the past where it belongs in the past! Letting go of the past will free you to receive new inspirations going forward.
4. Create
Create something, anything. A new food dish, a piece of art, a song, a new business plan etc. It can be anything but create, create, create! Even just coloring in a coloring book! Whatever it is just create! Open up those creative juices and enjoy it! Creation can really help those that are stuck to move forward. This helps new ideas to flow.
5. Exercise
When you aren't active everything can sort of get stuck. Getting some exercise opens up that flow again and lets those inspirations in. Exercise is a great way to open up to creative thoughts.
6. Set clear intentions
Be clear on what it is you do want and your spirit guides can help you to get there. The clearer you are, the more helpful they can be. Be sure to be actively taking steps towards what you want. If you keep saying you want something but never actually start taking steps towards it, your guides think you must not really want it and can't help you.
As you go for and reach other goals then new ones will come to you. Having a bunch of goals but not doing anything towards them keeps you stuck. There's no more room for new ideas if you already have a bunch but haven't made any steps towards them.
7. Follow the inspirations you do get
Don't ignore inspirations you get. Don't tell yourself "I can't do that" or talk yourself out of it. You wouldn't get that inspiration if it wasn't possible. Always trust that you can!
8. Get enough rest
It's hard to be inspired when you are running on empty. Get enough rest and take care of yourself so that you can handle and create more. If you can't handle what you already have going on, it would be pointless to get inspired with something new.
On that same note, remove things/people from your life that are no longer needed or working for you. So many waste their time with obligations they think they have to do. Really focus on only the most important things to you. So many do things that aren't important to them when they don't really need to.
We only have a limited amount of time don't waste it! Make every moment count! Look at what you can let go of to free up more time for what really matters to you.
9. Meditate
Making time to consistently meditate can really give you a place to get those inspirations and to rest your mind. Your mind needs rest as much as your body does. Your mind stays alert while you sleep so if you aren't meditating you are never actually resting your mind! Get rid of that brain fog and rest your mind!
