Drama can be annoying and distracting and is not a productive energy to have in your life. It can be frustrating and can feel like there is no way out sometimes. The good news is that as in everything in your life you do have full control over it. Here is how to take control and cut drama out of your life.

The first thing is to know that if there is ongoing drama, you are allowing and attracting it into your life most likely without realizing it. So look into who brings drama into your life repeatedly. Know that if they keep doing it that you are allowing it. 

If you don't want drama you need to energetically starve that situation. That means not talk about it with that person and just not allow it in your life period. Don't give it the time of day.

A lot of times this calls for cutting people out of our lives no matter who they are. Remember this drama is distracting you from your purpose so it's important to not be around it for your growth and in order to move forward in life. 

Just the act of engaging in someone's drama will actually attract more drama into your life which will become a vicious cycle. You must stop it at the roots. 

Boundaries are so important and need to be upheld firmly. Be strong that you will not allow any drama into your life. As you eliminate it and show the universe you don’t want it then you will stop attracting it. Really look at any situations in your life that have drama and chaos. Start actively working on changing those situations and know you have full control to do so. 

Purposely add more peace into your life. More peace will attract more peace and is an antidote for drama. More drama and chaos will only attract more of the same. By allowing it in your life in any form you are giving an open invitation for it to creep into every part of your life. 

Be very vigilant with what you allow in all areas of your life. Get out of any toxic relationships that will always bring drama in your life and keep you stuck. Really make those strong choices to get that out of your life. It's not always easy but if you want to live your purpose and have a good life it is necessary. Everyone should have peace! This next step can be hard for some but it's very important. If you have lots of drama in your life look deep at yourself and ask what you are getting out of it. How To Navigate This World As An Internal Person

If you are internal here is some help on how to not only cope with that but to use it to your advantage.

First of all, if you are more internal than external, know that nothing is wrong with you! Some of us are created internal and some are created external. Neither is better or worse it just is. So many internal people think something is wrong with them but that is not the case at all! 

Being internal just means that you learn from your experiences from the inside out. You always need alone time to process anything that happened. You need to be alone with your thoughts in order to really process and evaluate things. Too much interaction can frazzle you and not allow you to take in or process anything in your life which can feel very overwhelming. 

Those that are external, process and evaluate things by being around others and talking with them. They need to have interaction in order to process. They are able to learn about themselves better by seeing it through someone's else's perspective and talking it out. Whereas an internal person needs to see it through their own inner perspective. Talking it over with others too much only jumbles things up for them and confuses them. 

If you know that you are internal, know that it is your responsibility to always create enough alone time for yourself so you can process. If you don't have enough alone you will start to feel very overwhelmed and can start to shut down. It can be a very unhealthy cycle. And the same thing if you are external and have too much alone time you will shut down as well. 

Too much interaction with people without alone time to take it in and process it causes an overload for internal people. It's like pouring too much into a cup and it overflows. You need to pour only a little in at a time and drink it and fully process it before you can add more or you will just make a mess and not actually process anything. 

There is a scale of internal and external and everyone is in a different place on that scale. It's not just black and white. Some are extremely internal and need a lot more alone time, some are in the middle and some are very external and need a lot of time with others. Knowing where you are on the scale is very important so you can be sure to set up your life to what's best for you. 

A lot of people may feel they are internal but they are really external and vice versa. They just don't realize exactly how internal or external some people actually are in order to evaluate properly where they are on the scale. When someone thinks they are one and really are the other it can cause them a lot of issues in life so knowing either way is very important.

Once you do know where you are on the scale it's always your responsibility to give yourself the amount of interaction you need. How Decluttering Can Help Your Love Life And Finances

Are you holding on to old things you don't need anymore? Are you holding onto feelings from the past? Here's why letting go is so vital in order to get who or what you want. 

Decluttering is not just for physical items. We all have a certain amount of energetic space in our lives. When that is filled up that's it there's no room for anything else and it will keep you stuck where you are indefinitely. 

When we hold onto things, physical or emotional, that are no longer needed or relevant it prevents us from moving forward. When our space is filled with things we don't need or want it blocks something or someone we do need or want from coming in.

Having a lot of clutter can actually act as a shield when trying to find love. It puts off the energy of "I don't have room for love" and will actually block it. It's also telling the world that you haven't fully dealt with your past and there is emotional baggage you need to deal with which also repels love.

Start by looking at things you no longer need or use. Ask yourself why you are still holding onto them in the first place. Are you holding onto them to hold onto the past in some way? Really holding onto the past will always stop you from moving forward and stop you from creating a happy life right now. The past is over but you can create even better for yourself right now! Let go not only physically but emotionally.

Some hold onto stuff they no longer need because of fear of not having enough in the future and it's an attempt to soothe that fear. The problem is doing so will block you from having enough. Because holding on is telling the universe that you won't have enough in the future so you need to hold onto it. Since we create our lives the universe will say "as you wish" and then you will make it so you not have enough in the future. 

So really look deep and start purging both physically and mentally. Let go of what you don't need any more so you can attract someone or something you want now. 8 Ways To Live In The Moment And Make The Most Of Each Day

Being present in the moment is so important but not many people actually do. When we focus too much on the past it causes depression and when we focus too much on the future it causes anxiety. 

It's so important to really focus on the present moment. Here are 10 ways to start doing that:


  1. Conversation focus

When in a conversation really focus intently on the other person. Don't wander off in your head about what you are gonna say next etc. Really focus on them and on hearing, them seeing them, and feeling them. Stay fully present in the conversation. 

Interact with the depth and quality you would if you knew it was your last day or the person you are interacting with’s last day. Look into the eyes of someone you are talking to and let the phone go for a minute and everything else. 

Be completely present and aware of every detail. Are they smiling? Are they hearing you? Really connect like it's the last time. If it is the last time, what would you miss about them? Appreciate whatever that is and savor it right now in this present moment while it is still here.

In that perspective of it being the last time what doesn't matter falls away and you can really get to the core. Always think about every moment possibly being your last.

2. What would you do differently if this was your last day? 

We tend to get so used to and take for granted so much. In an instant it all could be taken away. 

Take each breath like it could be your last. Make it a deep breath and savor and relish in it. Feel it expanding your lungs and how it's sustaining you and keeping you alive. Feel how it is feeding and nurturing your body with the oxygen it needs.

Really think about what you would do differently if you knew this was your last day.

Would you hold onto that hug with your loved one a little longer? 

Would you say something you have been holding back? 

Would that stupid argument matter?

Really focus on letting go of what doesn't matter and focus more on what does matter and do it very purposely. 

3. Really be present when eating

So many of us are in a rush and eat fast which can cause a lot of issues. Take time to savor each bite of food. Eat slowly and really taste it. Appreciate it like you were starving for a while and finally got food. Cherish it like it was your last bite of food ever. 

The same with drinking. Really savor that sip of water like you were in the desert and were so thirsty. Enjoy it and appreciate it! really be present!

4. Pet love

If you have a pet focus on being even more present with them. Pet your pet and really feel that soft fur cherish it. Be extra present like it was the last time. Let the rest of the world fade away for that moment and zone in on the connection you have. 

Try to feel what they are feeling and sense what they need. Work on connecting on an even deeper level. Don't let yourself get distracted, really be present with them. 


5. Beauty focus

We are all surrounded by so much beauty but tend to overlook it and not really appreciate like we should. Look at the beautiful colors all around you. Look at your loved ones face. If your sight went away would you remember every detail stored in your mind to love forever?

Look at all the beauty there is in nature. Enjoy that tree or flower on a deeper level and really appreciate it. 

6. Zone in

Zone in on things purposely. Zone in on your heartbeat or your partner's heartbeat. Zone in on your breathing. Zone in on every feeling. 

Sometimes just really zoning in on a pain you have and listening to it will help it go away.  So instead of trying to avoid the pain,, zone in on it and really listen to it. Pain is always a sign to get your attention and to let you know you need to make some changes so really listen to it. 

7. Listen 

Really take the time to listen deeply. Listen to your loved ones talk, or music, or even silence. Whatever you hear connect deeper with it. 

8. Smell 

Really use your sense of smell and connect deeper with it. Be present and really take in what you smell around you on a deeper level. What dies that smell evoke in you? Does it bring back a memory? 


At first when you are trying to be more present your mind will wander but as you catch yourself and bring yourself back into the present moment it will start to happen more naturally. 

You will find a sense of peace and mental clarity from being in each moment as it's happening. So many people miss very important moments because they aren't focusing on the present moment. 

The past already happened and focusing on it only hinders moving forward. And the future moments you will give your full focus then. Don't let anything slip by! We only ever have the now, so make the most of it and enjoy it!

Are you afraid to be alone with yourself? Here's why and how to fix and move past that so you can have a happier life. 


Is it extra hard for you when you are alone? Do you crawl out of your skin and try to fill your space with someone else as soon as possible just to cope? Doing this is a sign that something is wrong. This happens when you are not fully dealing with something from your past or your insecurities. 

That fear is because if you are alone you can't be distracted from your thoughts and are forced to face what you need to face. Some alone time is important for everyone.  Some need a lot of alone time and some need less but either way it's important to be able to sit with yourself alone and feel that peace. Some people actually can't manifest anything if they don't have enough alone time to process. So being okay with being alone is a very important thing to work on. 

By not facing what you need to face, it will only get worse and start to give you more and more anxiety and then eventually cause physical issues. Know that you can face anything! Not facing it actually is much harder in the long run. 

Once you can get rid of what's holding you back from being okay alone, it will help other areas of your life as well. Facing that fear may seem scary but in doing so you can eliminate that constant fear and can move forward in your life. 


The first step is to discover what it is that you are afraid of facing. Take some time alone with no distractions and really pay attention. What comes up for you? What are you afraid will come up? What are you running from? What feelings come up? Do you feel uncomfortable? Do you feel like jumping out of your skin? Sink more into those feelings and let yourself feel them fully so you can go deeper and work through it. 

When that jumpy feeling comes, explore it, feel it, really go deep with it. You can't let go of something you don't fully acknowledge first. Sometimes even just feeling the full magnitude of it can help. 

Avoiding it just makes it into a bigger issue than it is and makes it feel unbearable. Once you allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are afraid to face then it doesn't have that power over you anymore.


I promise that in the long run facing it is much less painful than continuing to suppress and run from it. No one wants to run in fear for the rest of their lives. And it is guaranteed to get worse over time and cause anxiety and issues in all areas of your life. 

The longer you sit with it and feel it, the better and better it will feel. Notice any thoughts and feelings that come up and let them be okay. Feel all of it deeply and fully, acknowledge it, then let it go. 

Depending on how much you have been ignoring this process could take time and will unfold in layers. Just be patient with yourself and let each issue unfold as it does. 


Being able to be alone with yourself can also help you to attract love. If you want to be alone with yourself others will as well. If you are afraid to be alone with yourself, that energy is out there and will actually repel love from you. 

Forgiveness is a big part of this as well. Forgive yourself and forgive others. In our many lives we have all made the worst mistakes one can make. Mistakes are how our soul learns.

  1. Stop doing anything out of obligation.

    Obligation will always attract more things you don't want into your life. Our choices create our life so by doing something out of obligation you are telling the universe that's what you want and more of that will come to you. 

    Say no when you don't want to do something. Value what you really want and others will as well. 

2. Make time for yourself

Be sure you are making just time for you. When you make time for you others will as well. Value your time and others will as well. Your time is important so make choices that reflect that!

3. Really take care of yourself 

Take care of you! This goes for every way including health wise, emotionally, physically etc. Anything you neglect for you will attract others that neglect you as well. 

Treat yourself like gold to attract someone that treats you like gold. How others treat you will be directly reflected in how you are treating yourself and others. 

So look deeply into how you are treating yourself and others. Are you neglecting yourself? Are you neglecting anyone in your life? Really look deep into that. Changing those choices will make a huge difference in who you attract into your life.

4. Know your worth 

Know that you deserve only the best. Show that through the choices you make and especially in who you let around you. Don't accept anyone into your life that treats you less than you want. Know ahead of time what you will and won't allow and stand strong in that. 

By eliminating someone at the first sign of not treating you right you show the universe you don't want that and won't attract any more that treat you that way. Show the universe what you want by eliminating anything or anyone you don't really want that's in your life now.

Look back on those you have had in your life with qualities you didn't like. Look at how you were treating yourself and or others at that time. See what caused you to attract them so you can change that going forward.

When manifesting it's not only important to work on that manifesting process right but also to be sure you aren't sabotaging it without realizing it! The following are the 5 most common manifesting blockers. 

  1. Not really wanting what you are trying to manifest

This may seem obvious but we tend to justify and convince ourselves we want something when we really don't. It could be that society makes us think we want it or we are influenced by those around us etc. 

So really be sure this is something you want and that it is right for you and your soul. If it goes against your purpose and who you are at soul level, you won't be able to manifest it no matter how hard you try.

2. Procrastination 

If you are procrastinating on anything in any area of your life that energy will also block your manifesting process. It may not have anything to do with what you want to manifest but it will block you anyway. 

We are whole beings and we manifest with all areas of our lives at once. If one area of your life is off or ignored it will always affect your manifesting. 

So really take a look at things you have been putting off and get them done. Don't put anything off or procrastinate on anything. Even when not manifesting procrastination will always block you from moving forward.

Delaying fixing, repairing, or updating anything will only cause more mishaps and distractions to come and block your manifesting. So be sure to take care of things as soon as possible so you don't get stuck in the dissonance.  

Take care of everything swiftly so you can move past it towards your manifesting goal! Not doing so will keep you in that yucky dissonance period indefinitely so it's very much worth it to take care of everything fast! 

4. Not being on same page with your partner

This one can be frustrating. If you are married or in a partnership and you both want different things it will block both of you from manifesting.  So when working on manifesting at the same time as your partner (spouse or business partner) really be sure you both want the sane thing and are very clear about what each of you wants.

How To Set Clear Intentions So You Can Get What You Really Want

Are you sending out mixed messages about what you want? Most people tend to send a lot of mixed messages out into the universe without even realizing it. This doesn't get you what you want and only gives you more of what you don't want. 

Here is how to really make what you want clear so you can get what you want:

First of all it's important to be clear and specific with what you do want. It's okay to change and refine what you want as you go and learn but you need to start somewhere. Know that you can create exactly what you want but that starts with knowing what you want first. You can start small but you must start.


You can have some larger intentions for overtime but also have some that are smaller goals that you can achieve in less time. Don't make your goal so big that you overwhelm and disappoint yourself and just give up. Big goals are always achieved step by step so break it up into one manageable step at a time. But you can always keep the bigger picture in mind.

The big secret to setting intentions is that your actions show your intentions much louder than anything else. Your thoughts are just that thoughts. Your thoughts help you to try on an idea so to speak before you actually put it in action. 

What you actually do by taking action is what sends out what you want to the universe. So for instance if you stay in a bad relationship the action of staying is telling the universe that's what you want and more of that will be sent back to you. You can think all day long about getting out of the relationship but by staying in it that action is what speaks the loudest. 

You can think about where you want to go tonight. In your mind you could think about many different places but does thinking actually get you there? After thinking about it and choosing it's the action of getting in the car or walking there etc. that makes it happen. Just thinking about it or saying what you want isn't really putting that signal out there, you must be showing what you want with your actions. 


The same thing with a job, no matter how much you think about how you hate your job staying and not trying and taking steps towards something different says that is exactly what you want. 

We all have free will so even if we are choosing to do something horrible for us the universe will help us do what we want. We are in control. 

So look closely at your actions. What are you allowing in your life that you don't really want? What are you just dealing with or accepting?

I find it is very helpful to keep a journal of what you want. Writing is an action and it helps to give it more power than just thoughts. You can write down exactly how you want your day to go step by step or an intention you want to complete in a week or ten years. 

Exactly how you format your journal is up to you. Do what feels right to. Be okay with changing it over time if something feels even better and learn and edit as you go. You can write in it every day or once a week, do what feels best to you. The more you do it and the more clear you are the better! 

The writing also helps you to keep track. It's funny after we achieve a goal our mind then goes to the next one so sometimes we can almost miss the fact that we actually achieved it. So looking back at the past goals there in writing can show you how far you really have come. 

You can also write out possible actions you can take to get to each goal. You can analyze what your actions are showing that you want now compared to what you actually want and work on how to change that. 

This is for you so create it how you want. Start setting those clear intentions and then showing with action and certainty what you want so you can have it! We are here to create what we want, not just settle and stay with what we don't want.

As you keep setting intentions and achieving them it gives you so much momentum and makes it easier and easier each time to get what you want. Once you know how to set and send intentions, you start to know with confidence that you can always achieve them which gives you even more power to do so.

Do you overthink to a point that it is keeping you stuck and making you anxious? Are you ready to get free from that pattern? Here's how to get out of the overthinking trap and get on with your life!

At root cause, overthinking stems from worry and fear. It's because of past issues that we think we made the wrong choice and don't want to repeat it. It's a protection we use to not get in a negative situation again. 

The problem is overthinking causes more negative situations of its own and can keep you stuck. When we focus too much on what could go wrong in the future, we only set ourselves up for failure. Instead change your focus to what you do want to create in your life. You have the full power to create what you want in your life so focus on what you do want, not scenarios of what could go wrong over and over.  

Our first thoughts on a situation are usually the right ones so trust your gut. If you keep overthinking you just talk yourself out of what was right to begin with. 

So many end up in a trap of over thinking or over studying to get it perfect. That becomes never ending because no matter what you will never feel it's perfect. Work on letting go of the need to be perfect. Even if you did everything perfect you still wouldn't think it was perfect. The cure is to just start doing and stop thinking or researching. You learn more by actually doing. 

Even if you make the "wrong" choice you still learn valuable information from it. But if you keep overthinking and not making any choice at all, you learn nothing and can't move forward at all. We are here on earth to experience ourselves and by overthinking and not moving forward you can't do that. 

The first step to stop this pattern is to start catching yourself when you are over thinking. As you consciously notice it more and more and see how much you are doing it, it will help you to correct it. So first just start paying attention to when you do it and keep a log of the situation when you do it.

Just having more of a conscious idea of how much and when you do it is so helpful to stop it. So at first just really be aware of when and why you do it. Look back at the log and just really let yourself be aware of it.

After you are really aware of it, next it's important to work on trusting yourself and your choices. Deep down over thinking just means you don't trust yourself to make the right choice. 

Think about why you don't trust yourself. Did you make a wrong choice in the past that you are still punishing yourself for? Instead of punishing yourself and affecting your whole future because of it focus on what you learned from making that choice. You gained much more than you realize from that so really look deeper into the benefits and let yourself off the hook for the negative consequences.

Are you going to let that choice stop you from creating your future completely? If you do that you are letting that choice not only give you the original negative consequences but now a lifetime of consequences as well. Don't let doubt and fear stop you from fully living your experience here on earth. 

If you are over thinking a lot it means that deep down you don't trust your decisions and aren't fully stepping into your true self. Get to the root of that and why you don't trust yourself. Focus on yourself and the positive parts of yourself. Work on trusting yourself and knowing you are capable of choosing.

Try to not take everything so seriously. Don't let one choice make or break you. There is always another choice to make and an opportunity to change your mind if needed.

Why Adapting Can Actually Hold You Back

What are you adapting to in your life? Yes adapting is an important part of life. We need to adapt when things don't go as planned or to a new situation but sometimes adapting can actually be negative for us. Here is how it can be negative and how to avoid that. 

It's important to not adapt to things that keep us stuck in what we don't want. For instance if you are in a bad relationship, just adapting to it and making it a new normal is harmful for you. Don't allow yourself to adapt to negative situations and just stay there. Instead use your energy to make changes and get out. There are always changes you can make.

Another common one is those adapting to jobs they hate. Yes you need a job but instead of just resigning to the fact that you hate your job and just living with it, start towards changes. You could start classes or training towards something you would love to do or you could start looking for something else. Even small changes in the right direction will make you feel better. 


So look into your life closely what have you adapted to? Are there things you would be better off removing from your life, not just adapting to? 

Look at adaptation as a tool to survive in certain emergency situations. Don't overuse that tool to just be okay with staying in something you don't want and staying stuck.

You can change so many situations with just a little effort so don't lie to yourself and convince yourself that is your only option. Yes it may take some work and effort and change can be scary but it seems to me staying stuck where you aren't happy is a whole lot more scary. 

When a pain comes up or there is something you don't like, that's always a sign to do something different and make changes not to just adapt to it and live with it. If you have a pain you don't want to learn to live with it or just put a bandaid on it or do something for the symptoms, you want to get to the root of the problem and fix it. 

So many of us just adapt and let the pain keep going. Always remember there is always a way to make changes. We have all got so used to adapting but let's now get used to changing our circumstances instead! 

First look at what you are adapting to in your life. What or who don't you want but are just adapting to? What pain are you just living with? Really look deep and start with one area to start some changes to get out of that situation. A lot of times just making changes in one area will help other areas as well.

Working with my clients I have found the following are the 7 most common reasons people tend to get stuck. Here is what they are and how to overcome them.

1. They have suppressed a lot from the past that they never dealt with

When someone doesn't fully deal with things it weighs them down, causes them to go to anger, depression, and anxiety. This happens because that weight inside of them and all the work and energy it takes to ignore and stuff it down, depletes adaptation energy which is what helps us deal with things. 

If you are using all of your energy suppressing the past you have none left to handle even the easiest everyday situations let alone move forward. It's so important to deal with, feel, fully process, and let go of anything you are holding onto. It's the only way to move forward. If you don't you may feel like you are moving forward but then all of the sudden get pulled right back because that chain from the past is still tied to you. Free yourself from it and move forward for good! 

2. They are lying to themselves and justifying something that isn't right for them

People can tend to keep themselves stuck bY justifying it to themselves. They will tell themselves they don't have a choice or they have to or that it's for the kids etc. When parents stay stuck for the sake of the kids it hurts them and the kids. It teaches the kids that they have to sacrifice and can't be happy and starts a generation pattern that continues. Show them that their happiness matters by not living in unhappiness yourself. 

It could be anything from staying in a relationship they don't want, to thinking they have to stay at a job they don't like. The key is to start taking steps to get out of those things. 

So many wait for a change in the person or situation to happen which most likely never will. Always go by how the person/situation is now. If you aren't happy with it, leave or make changes.

3. Not making decisions out of fear

So many are afraid to make a new choice out of fear usually fear of failure or change itself. In not making a choice at all you are assured to never move forward. And even if it doesn't work out you have learned from it and are still better off.

Just make a decision and know you can always make a different decision after if it's not right but no matter what, make a decision. You can't move forward if you stay stuck in indecision. As you start making choices it gets easier and easier and makes what you do want clearer and clearer.

This frequently happens when people do what their parents wanted them to. They do it and feel unfulfilled and always feel stuck. That's because they aren't expressing themselves and are farther and farther away from who they really are. You can never be happy that way no matter what. 

Really get clear with what you want and be sure you aren't doing anything you don't want to for the sake of others. Express yourself, don't give up your happiness and your life path. It's your life, you are here for you! The happier you are the happier those around you will be. Stand firm in who you are!

This is a big one. Always trust your instincts! Don't talk yourself out of what you feel. Before something happens there are always clues and red flags. The problem is so many people ignore and or justify them. Doing this will always cause problems. 

Always address any red flags immediately and don't let them keep building up. Those are vital clues towards what is going to happen let them guide you, don't hide from them! Red flags are always a road map of what's to come! Follow those clues and save yourself a lot of trouble. Your instincts will never let you down so trust them and trust yourself!

Setting new goals is always important. If you don't set any then how can you move forward? Nothing will ever just fall from the sky and happen, you need to make it happen. Setting goals and intentions is so important.

How To Stop Comparing Yourself To And/Or Seeking Validation From Others

Are you constantly comparing yourself to others? Are you constantly seeking outside validation or opinions? Here's how to get your validation from within instead. 

We are all in different parts of our journey and all starting from a different place. There literally is no comparison between each other. We started this life energetically where we ended in our last life. So everyone starts off in a different place. Only compare to where you were not to anyone else! We are all apples and oranges and there is no comparison!

Comparing yourself to others only distracts you from yourself and your purpose. When you catch yourself doing that, instead put more focus back on yourself and look inward more.

You can use others as a reference point or to help spark ideas but be very vigilant that you aren't comparing yourself to others or seeking their validation. 

You can use others as a reference of what you would like to strive for and as motivation, but beating yourself up because you aren't where they are right now won't help and will only slow down your progress. Only your validation matters.

You can only see others through your perspective. From the outside everything may seem great but in reality they may be in a worse place than you realize. 

Sometimes comparing yourself to others may be a distraction tool to justify not moving forward. Going forward can be scary so sometimes we do anything we can subconsciously to justify staying stuck. 

When you stay stuck you don't have the fear of something new, but you also never have the joy and reward of moving forward. Someone who is stuck can never create a better life for themselves. There will always be some fear involved when moving forward but it's important to push through that towards your goal. 

So look deep and be sure you aren't comparing yourself to others subconsciously to justify staying stuck. That could show up as "I could never be like her, why even try." Or "She did that so well I couldn't do that well so why bother" etc.

You can never find yourself fully if you are basing your self assurance on what others do. 

At soul level we are all so different. This is a beautiful thing! If we were all the same how boring would that be? 

Often the cause of comparing and looking to others for validation is a lack of knowing your ownself. When you don't know yourself or are insecure in yourself you don't trust your own validation. 

To change that, start by focusing on what you do like about yourself. You have lots of wonderful qualities, don't hide them! Start actively working on the things you aren't happy about. 

We are always a work in progress and can always become who we want to be with action and effort. So instead of comparing and being down on yourself work on those things! Just starting to do that will give you a bigger sense of control and confidence! 

Try not to focus too much on physical aspects. Yes you want to be healthy and do what's in your control to make you feel and look good but don't get down on yourself about things you can't change about your appearance. 

We are only in the physical body for a short amount of time. We have our soul forever that is what is important. Focus on working on what you can change and let go of what you can't. Focus on working on what you can change.

Too much looking for validation from others will only bring you farther from yourself. For example an apple seeking validation from an orange. The orange may tell the apple you are too green and need to be more orange. So the apple fights and tries and does anything it can to turn orange. As the apple tries to become orange it is becoming less and less of its true self. 

At soul level the apple is an apple and needs to be proud of that. Becoming more like an orange only takes the apple off of its own path. Be more of you not someone else.

Our ego can also get in the way sometimes. Look deep and find out why it matters so much to you to be like others or compare yourself to them etc. In the end none of that matters. You are here on earth to express yourself! 

Be you and let go of that need for outside validation, don't let it have power over you. It's all from a different perspective and doesn't really count when it boils down to it anyway. Your perspective is what matters! Get more in tune with you and what you want! The more you are focused on and working on you, the less you will care about or seek validation from the outside. 

We all have different goals to accomplish and different reasons why. Only you can work towards them in your way. Become more you not more of somebody else. 

The key is knowing who you are. This can be tricky for some that may have been astray from themselves for a while but it's never too late to find yourself. First start by erasing other people's opinions. Focus deeper on what you feel without outside influence getting in the way. 

Think about when you get validation from others but don't believe it yourself. Do you downplay it to them? Do you say thank you but no I did horrible? So looking for validation outside yourself even if you do get it it's still not going to change the way you feel. It may be nice to hear but what's most important is for you to believe it yourself. If you don't believe it it will never matter anyway! 

Work on comparing yourself to where you were 6 months ago or 2 years ago. See your progress only, no one else's progress counts. They may have accomplished what you want to accomplish but they may have taken many lives to get there.

Most of us are way harder on ourselves than we would be on someone else. It's important to start focusing on all your accomplishments and not the so called fails. A fail is never a fail, it becomes a lesson of what to do better next time. Those lessons are so important in our growth. 

Don't be so hard on yourself, learn and move on! When you stay stuck on past "fails",  it prevents you from moving forward and just creates more "fails." Let it go and work on doing better next time. Don't allow your identity to be caught up in outside circumstances. Your identity is your soul, let that shine! 

So forget about what others think and really center in on yourself. You are living and creating your life so how you feel is what matters. You are here on earth to experience yourself as an individual. Be the best you, you can be and let go of that attachment to what others think! 


10 Ways To Keep A Relationship Strong And To Be Sure You Are In The Right One For You! 

We all know relationships can be tricky but there are things you can do to give you the best outcome. It's important to know as soon as possible if a relationship isn't right for you to save you both time and pain. The following are ways to help a relationship and ways to see if the relationship isn't right for you. 

  1. Communication 

Communication is so important!  Be clear and communicate your needs. Do not expect them to read your mind. Yes, that may be a fantasy of them reading your mind and doing exactly what you want without telling them but that's a sure way to never get what you want! Sometimes even hints will go unnoticed and cause frustration. 

So be clear and intentional with what you want so you can be happy. When you are happy it makes a better relationship for both of you! Don't try to hide things even if you feel it is for a good reason. That never turns out well. Always be clear and upfront with your partner. 

2. Set a time to process

Set a time each week to talk about things your partner did that you loved and things you may be hurt, sad or angry about. Speak clearly and just let them know how you feel. Doing this weekly or even at the end of each day can make a big difference in a relationship. Always start with the hard stuff and end it with what you loved or were happy about. End it on a positive note. So many times the other partner has no idea and telling them makes all the difference in the world! 

3. Don't leave things unsaid

Never hang up the phone or go to bed angry. Work things out together. You never know when it's your last moments on earth so always try to resolve everything and don't leave it hanging on a bad note. 

4. Value yourself 

No one will ever be able to value you if you don't value yourself first. This is so important. Don't allow yourself to be treated less than. If you allow it, it will only get worse. If this happens often it's time for a big change or to end things. You teach people how to treat you so the first time it happens be very clear that you will not accept it. If you allow it you are telling that person that it is okay to treat you like that. How can they respect you if you don't respect yourself? 

Don't be so afraid of losing someone that you don't stand up for yourself. If you feel that way, it is not the relationship for you. They should respect you and you shouldn't be afraid to demand that respect. 

5. Talk about your values 

Talk about the things you value early on in a relationship and always make sure you are on the same page or can reach a compromise without giving up yourself. A relationship must have two whole people. If you are giving up yourself for a relationship it can never be a true relationship. 

So be sure what's important to you is clear to your partner and vice versa. You should both want each other to be your happiest most fulfilled self. Anyone that doesn't want you to be happy will only deplete you and isn't right for you. 

6. Think often of the bigger picture

Think about how you would feel if this was your last moment on earth. Did that little fight really matter? Would you really say that snarky comment you just said? Treat your partner like it's your last day everyday. Appreciate what you have while you have it and don't let the little things bring you off course. We can get so caught up in life sometimes that we lose sight of what really matters. Make a point to always remind yourself of the bigger picture and what really matters. 

7. Don't get too comfortable

So many tend to get too comfortable or complacent in a relationship. Don't stop doing the things you did when you were dating. Don't stop doing what attracted you two to each other in the first place. Doing that is giving up in a way. Being complacent can cause issues and can lead to more and more distance between you two. 

Don't just give up, always work on things and keep things fresh and interesting. And of course always work on yourself and your personal growth as well. It is always an ongoing journey, we never reach the end. So always keep working on growing both for yourself and your relationship. 

8. Don't give up who you are

It's very important to not lose your identity in a relationship. Losing yourself will only damage you and your partner. You both need to be whole beings. Always make time for yourself! If you need to give up who you are for a relationship, it's not the right one for you. 

9. Speak up

Holding things in can be one of the most detrimental things in a relationship. You hold it in and it just builds and builds until it causes a huge issue. Holding things in can also cause mental and physical issues so it's important to get it out.

If you say how you feel in a calm way right when you feel it, you can save an explosion and big issue down the road. Your partner should always be okay with you being honest and saying how you feel. If not there is a bigger issue there. 

You should always feel like you can be you and say how you feel. If you feel like you can't, look into that and find out why. Yes sometimes it may make you a little nervous but a little nervousness is better than a big issue down the line that could possibly even end the relationship. 

10. Don't hold on to past grudges

It's important to fully work through and past things. If you hold onto the past and keep throwing it in your partners face it won't end well. Yes perhaps some trust may need to be rebuilt but you need to decide if you can live with it or not. 

If you can't work past the issue it might be time to end the relationship. In order to move forward you will have to decide if you can fully forgive or not. A relationship where you bring up the past in every fight will never go anywhere. 

So if you decide to forgive, really forgive and give a clean slate moving forward. Do not keep bringing it up. If you can't forgive, know that and move on. It will save both of you a lot of issues.

Constantly absorbing everyone else's energy and feelings only gets you off of your path and distracts you from your purpose. It can also cause mental and physical health problems. It's important to start staying in your own energy only.

For new relationships the coronavirus crisis can actually be a blessing. It can really put what's important at the forefront. Since you can't see each other for the time being that takes some pressure off and you can really use this time to get to know each other on a deeper level.  

The more you are connected emotionally and mentally, the better things will be when you can see each other physically. Really take the time to get to know them and find out what makes them tick. 

Here are some topics to discuss to make sure you are on the same page and build that foundation.

As things get shut down and become scarce it can really help us to appreciate all the luxuries we do have that we take for granted. How To Really Forgive And Move Forward

Here is how to finally forgive and take back your life!

As you probably already know forgiveness is for you not for that person. It's not condoning what they did it's freeing yourself from that heavy burden. Forgiveness is by no means saying it's okay. Forgiveness is saying I'm not gonna let this harbor inside me and hurt me anymore. 

Keeping the bigger picture in mind that all of us have already made pretty much every kind of bad mistake we can in our many lives can help put things in perspective. Knowing we have all been where that person is at some point, even though it may seem unfathomable right now, can make it easier to move forward. See yourself in that person and let that help you to see them through a less angry lens.

Everyone will always have consequences for their actions. There is no way to escape our consequences so they will have to settle that karma at some point. When they cross over they will feel every ounce of pain they caused you exactly as you felt it. So let go of any need to make them pay, that is not in your hands. Let go of that burden you don't have to be the judge and jury. And if you do seek revenge that will only give you karma you will have to face. It's never worth it. 

You don't have to be around this person if you think you shouldn't. But what you do need to do is let it go because it is only hurting you not them. Thinking and replaying it actually feeds them energy and gives them attention which I'm sure is not what you want to do. 

Trying to understand where they were coming from can also cause breakthroughs towards forgiveness. Put yourself in their shoes. Factor in all the circumstances and where they are and have been in life. When we know better we do better. If their consciousness isn't there they just don't fully understand their actions. 

Another thing to keep in mind on an even deeper level (which can sometimes be hard to understand on earth) we are all one. So their mistake is your mistake and you forgiving them is also forgiving yourself. 

Find something, anything where you can relate to this person in some way. Finding similarities can help to shatter the walls in between you and humanize them more. 

Is there any element of judgement you have towards this person? Judgement usually comes from our own insecurities about ourselves. Know that this person is right where they are supposed to be based on their choices at this moment. Judging their choices isn't up to us. 

We all have free will to make our choices and judging others on their free will won't get you anywhere. Any time you feel like you are judging someone turn it inwards instead. Think to yourself Is that something you do that you wish you didn't and that's why it's striking a cord? When we are above something it can't affect us so look deeply at why it is affecting you. 

Instead put focus into what you can do in your own life to make changes to make you happy. You can't live anyone else's life for them so always focus on yourself and what you can do differently. 

Getting distracted by others and worrying about their lives just takes you off your own path. So look for that, notice it, and turn things back to yourself. Always turn things back to you. If a person is hurting you take control and get them out of your life. Know that you always have the power over you. Your choices attracted this person. Nothing ever just happens to us we create it.

Look into and change whatever you need to. Knowing you always have the power and taking steps to prevent a similar wrongdoing in the future can help you to feel secure and move forward. 

Can you have better boundaries in the future? Think that through and implement it going forward.

Protect yourself from more wrongs but don't put a shell up so that you can't let any good things in as well. A wall up to protect you not only protects you from letting bad in but also any good. It also can attract more bad to you because you are telling the universe you need protection and you create your life so then into your life will enter circumstances you need protection from 

Leave that in the past and focus on what changes you can make to move forward and be happy. Sitting in what happened in the past will only block you from moving forward. Once you release that you will be open to new opportunities going forward. Remind yourself that you have probably made that same mistake in a past life. Remind yourself that not everyone is on the same place in their journey as you and that is perfect. 

Forgiving and moving forward is better for your soul so don't worry about theirs! We can only control our own lives. You can do this! Focus on creating your best life and leave the past there. You will feel so much better!

How To Use Your Dreams To Help Your Life!

Most people don't pay much attention to their dreams. They just brush them off and move on. But our dreams can be used as a tool to help your life. Here's how to use your dreams to your benefit. 

The first step is to set intentions. As with anything in life being clear on your intentions is very helpful. Your spirit guides work for you and can only do what you want them to. So be clear with what you want so they can help you. 

Be clear with your spirit guides that you want to pay attention to your dreams and use them as a tool. Having a dream journal is very useful. Keep a notebook by your bed to record everything you remember. As you do this consistently you will start to remember more and more. 

If you usually don't remember your dreams,  setting an intention to remember them before bed will help. Ask that they be helpful to you and guide you. 

Every so often, look back through your dream journal to see any patterns or perhaps things that you dreamed about that have happened. A lot of people have psychic dreams but aren't aware of it. Look at what stands out to you from your entities in your dream journal.

It can be tricky but overtime you will start to see the meanings and it will get easier and easier. It just takes practice.

How To Get In Touch With Your Intuition And Really Use It To Your Benefit! 

First of all it's important to know that you already have intuition, everyone does. Some are more in touch with it than others and some just ignore it completely but either way it is there. You already have the tool you just need to learn how to use it! 

The following is how to get in touch with your intuition and start really using it to your benefit. It's a gift that you already have, why not use it? 

Being centered in yourself is very helpful for this process. If you are always frantic and in chaos, it's hard to hear your intuition clearly with all that extra noise in your life. So really put focus on balance in your life and centering in on yourself more. Meditation is very helpful for this.

Setting intentions is key as with anything in your life. Talk to your spirit guides and let them know you want to start using your gift of intuition more and they will help you. Be clear with what you want. Trust that if you are clear with what you want that they will guide you and help you get there. 

A lot of doubt in yourself can make it harder to trust your intuition so looking into that and working on trusting yourself more will really help. How Our Past Lives Affect Us today And How To Move Forward 

We are way more than this one earth life we are living now. We have all lived many lives, some even in other star systems. Who we are right now is because of the combination of lives we have had before today. 

Some lives we do great and progress far soul wise, while others we make a lot of mistakes and go backwards. We are a soul that is always constantly evolving, it never ends. 

Every single choice we make has a consequence. Some are good and some are bad. Once we make a similar choice over and over, it makes it more likely we will continue that pattern of choice. 

If you die in one life without getting out of a negative pattern, that pattern will continue in your next life. When we are born we start off exactly where we left off in our last life and those same patterns continue. Some continue negative patterns for many lives. The only way to get out of those patterns is to start making new choices from now on. 

The trick is knowing what patterns are holding us back. Most have been so ingrained in these negative patterns for so many lives that they seem normal.

A negative pattern for one person could actually be a positive one for another. We are all different and have to make choices based on who we are at soul level and our purpose gift. So when we don't know those things it can be hard to know what is right or wrong for us. 

The first step is to really look back in your life and see patterns that you have continued that have caused issues in your life. Do you make the same negative choices from one relationship to the next? Do you run away when things get rough? There are thousands of patterns that could be holding you back and again it is different for everyone. 

Looking at what has repeated over and over in your life is the first step to start recognizing your negative patterns. Once you recognize these patterns, start making choices to do the opposite next time. As you do it will get easier and easier and you will get out of these patterns! 

Negative patterns cause you to be misaligned and block you from being your most abundant self. The goal is to align perfectly to your purpose and who you are at soul level. Most of the time we know what patterns are causing us problems we just are afraid to make changes. Change can be scary but it's the only way to get to a better place and is always worth it.
